T2000 is our first generation of servo driven dosing systems. The dosing system was developed for application of high-viscosity materials with demands on high accuracy, precision, extreme reliability and low operating cost.

T2000 with its docking station has been sold to several major car manufacturers in Europe. Volvo, VW, BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Land Rover, Lotus etc.

T2000 was replaced in 2005 by the next generation dosing systems T2X.

Four types of T2000

80 cc and 250 cc

T2000 80 and 250 are mostly used for extrusion of adhesives and sealants. Which model to choose depends on the amount of adhesive or sealant to be extruded per cycle.

650 cc

T2000 650 is a dosing system specially designed for direct glazing onto cars and trucks. The dispenser can handle a material volume of up to 650 cc per cycle.

2K

T2000 2K is a two component adhesive dispenser with stepless adjustment of mixing ratio.
